It is with tremendous appreciation that I submit this impact letter to you for your kindness and generosity to give towards my Speaker Project. This new speaker arrived to our classroom at the right time. It is helping my students a lot in their learning to develop their critical and analytical thinking skills.

There are two sections of our daily reading program at our school, listening comprehension, and reading comprehension. During the listening comprehension time, my students are now able to listen clearly to the stories that are being shared with them. As they listen to the stories, I select several pausing points to engage in class discussion. When the reading comprehension hour begins, all my students have the opportunity to follow along in their own textbooks as they are listening to the same story through this loud speaker.

For my math lesson, I always present a short introductory video that demonstrates what the lesson is about. My students are now much more engaged because this technology is powerful enough to be heard in the whole classroom to help them understand what they are supposed to do.

My special education students have especially benefited from this new technology. Since it is very loud, these students tend to participate a lot more especially during our dance activities. They get to move around freely and explore their own space in time. At the end of this activity, they are much more calmer and are ready to transition to something different.

Overall, this speaker has been a great addition to my classroom and I am looking forward to using it for many years in the future. Thank you again for making a difference in the world.”
