Jeopardy, speed multiplication and division, quizzing each other and using them in reading were just some of their ideas. Your donation helped excite and engage my students. Funded Mar 27, 2018

Many on my students didn't know what a label maker is, the purpose of them or what we'll be using them for. They are so excited to incorporate this cool new tool into their work! They also went around the room pointing out what we could label as well as their supplies! Having them take ownership of their possessions as well as get excited to use a new tool is amazing! • Help Us Become Reflective Thinkers!

    Funded Mar 27, 2018

Thanks to the generosity of Ripple, my students will be so excited to get a fresh writing journal! These journals will have a great impact on each student. Having them become life long writers is a goal that I hope to instill in every student. Sometimes its tough trying to get kids excited to write, but with these awesome journals they'll be so excited. Believe it or not unicorns and sloths can have a big impact on third graders! If this gets them excited to write than I know I'm encouraging and leading them in the write direction. Also, the storage bins is a great help for me to organize my mini manipulative's.”

  • Designing Our Own Reading Tote Bags!

    Funded Feb 23, 2018

It is crucial when in elementary school that we get children to have a love for learning. Immersing children with books during this age can have a huge impact. We want them to get excited for the next chapter and not want to put the book down. These materials that you funded have given my students the opportunity to spark their love for books. Being able to have their very own book bag and having the opportunity to make it personal is so exciting!!! These 3rd graders will be so proud of their bag and whats inside!!! Thank you so much for giving them this opportunity to continue their love of reading! x”

  • Colorful Mistakes! Retractable Pens Needed!

    Funded Mar 1, 2018

It is my job as a teacher to instill the love of reading and writing to my students. I am always thinking of ways to get them excited and while doing their work. Something as simple as a retractable pen can get my students exited about the writing process. These pens can help my students edit, revise and take their writing to the next level. The pens will encourage them to add more amazing details or vivid voice. We want to thank you for supplying our class with the material to help my students continue their story. Thank you so much!!!! x”

  • We Don't Have Time To Get Sick!

    Funded Feb 6, 2018

This winter season upon us has scared all of us. The flu has become a scary word lately because of so many deaths we are hearing about. In a classroom of 32 it is very hard to practice cleanly and healthy habits without the proper supplies. Wipes, hand sanitizer, and Lysol spray are all key in helping spread any type of germs. Teaching children healthy habits at a young age is crucial. Many of the supplies that are brought in the beginning of the school year are often used too quickly and its hard to replace. With your generous donation it helps me keep my classroom germ free! Thank you so much!”
