  • Fun for the Brain and Body

    Thank you for your wonderful contribution to my students. They are so excited whenever I take out the board games to play on rainy days. They enjoy the games so much that they ask to play the games even on days that aren't rainy.

    I particularly enjoy hearing the conversations they have as they are playing the games. I can hear them thinking out loud about what their next move should be and how they plan to defeat their opponent. It's also a joy to see the smiles on their faces as they interact with their peers.

  • Taking them Higher with Recorders

    My students and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for donating to our project. Because of your generous donation we now have recorders to enjoy and to create beautiful music together. So far we have learned several different notes and are playing, "Mary Had a Little Lamb." It has been so exciting to be able to put the notes together and actually play a song.

    We look forward to learning more songs and creating some of our own original pieces. Thank you again for making this possible for our classroom. ”
