Supplies Needed for TK Students to Succeed
Funded Dec 4, 2015Thank you so much for donating to my class project and getting all these wonderful materials for my students to use and learn from. When the supplies were delivered to our class, my students were extremely happy and excited to open the boxes and use the book center, chart stand, musical instruments and media center.
My students use all these wonderful resources everyday. They enjoy getting a pointer and chanting to the nursery rhymes that are located on the chart stand. They also read a variety of books and form words using the letter magnets in the book center.
During music time, my students have so much fun listening to Cd's and playing with the musical instruments. They are able to listen to a beat and mimic it using their instruments. My students will continue using all these wonderful resources to build vocabulary and social skills with their peers.
Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and generosity. My students and I are truly grateful!”

Exploring Centers in TK!
Funded Oct 2, 2014Thank you so much for donating to my transitional kindergarten class project and receiving all these incredible manipulative's and puzzles for my students. The moment all of our supplies arrived, my students were so eager and excited to use them and learn how to build things, count things, and put things together.
Everyday, my students look forward to going to different centers throughout the classroom. Using these manipulative's allows them to use their imagination and create anything they want. We are currently learning about Our Community and the community block play people, community vehicle set and the block play traffic signs helps them build a community and practice their oral skills with each other.
My students also enjoy learning math through the use of manipulative's. It helps them count and learn how to read and write the numbers. What a fun and exciting way to learn while they play.
Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and generosity! My students and I are very grateful!”

Little Authors
Funded Jan 31, 2012Thank you so much for donating to my class project and getting this amazing writing center for my students. The moment our writing center supplies arrived, my students were excited and eager to start writing and illustrating their stories.
Everyday, my students look forward to going to the writing center to write about anything that inspires them or a specific theme we are working on that week. It allows them to use their imagination and creativity to produce amazing pieces of writing and illustrations.
For Science, my students learned about the Life Cycle of a Butterfly, How to Grow a Sunflower and sea animals. The writing center was a great place for them to write and illustrate the four stages of the butterfly, the process of how a sunflower grows and different sea animals and their habitat. I hope the photos I have uploaded give you a glimpse of the beautiful writing project the students where able to produce thanks to your generous donations.
Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and generosity! My students are true Little Authors!”
With gratitude,
