Beautiful Carpet Space
Funded Aug 14, 2024Thank you so much for our beautiful carpet. When the children saw it for the first time they were so surprised at how wonderful it looked. They said it changed the whole look of our classroom. They loved the black and white color and the fact that they all had a spot to sit on. Parents even commented on how this carpet updated our classroom and made it even more beautiful.
We are using our new carpet everyday. The children are able to come onto the carpet to work on their computers when they need a charge, They also can do group activities in math which they love to do. Finally, they always enjoy sitting on their assigned spots to listen to a new story. They rug is comfortable and just a perfect addition to our class and instruction.
The rug is easy to clean each day with the use of the super carpet cleaner, The little pieces of trash get swept up easily and it looks beautiful the next day. It's amazing how much the children care about our new carpet and taking care of it. We are beyond grateful for this wonderful addition to our class!”

Funded Sep 27, 2019Thank you so much for our wonderful new laptop computer. We are so thankful to have this new computer in our class. Technology is such an integral part of learning in education now. In fact, if I didn't have this laptop, I wouldn't be able to type this letter to all of you generous donors. Most of our lessons are now presented digitally. We as teachers create or purchase power points and games to enhance or help teach material to our students. These lessons are then projected onto the screen through an LCD projector. We also use educational videos that are sent through our computer and projected so that the students can learn information in a variety of modalities. This technology is also helping the students learn when they use it to access their educational math and language arts games and for word processing projects.
This new project is so exciting for the students because how easy it is to access everything. Our old laptop didn't have enough memory and the keyboard was broken so it was difficult to find and keep the materials that we needed to make our learning more stimulating. With our old laptop, there were many delays in our lessons. Now things work smoothly and the children continue to be engaged. They are focused and participating in their lessons.
All the students are thrilled about this new technology. It's nice to see smiles on my students' faces when I take out my laptop to use. They are inspired to see what is coming and how it will help them learn. They are also very happy to be able to work individually or in pairs and use the laptop to strengthen their own learning.
Thank you so much for your generosity. I am very appreciative of your support and kindness. It's nice to know so many caring and thoughtful people.”

Funded May 18, 2019Thank you again so much for the new LCD projector. The projector is an amazing tool that is used to enhance our lessons. By using the projector, we can project our power point presentations, play educational games, watch educational videos, and view the materials used in lessons. The projector allows students to see up close what is being taught since it projects the lesson on a big screen.
Last year, our projector didn't work well. In order to see the presentations, all classroom lights had to be turned off. This projector, is bright and clear. We can even zoom in and go back and forth from computer to live presentation. It is light weight and very easy to use. This machine is such an upgrade from the previous machine and the children are very excited to learn their lessons using this projector.
All the students seem really engaged when we use the new projector. It makes learning more accessible and motivating. Most classrooms now utilize projectors so the students are expecting lessons to be presented that way. Now we can be on par and give our students the best education possible.”
