I work in a Title 1 school and many students do not have computers at home. I open my room to allow students that need to use the computer in, but the bulk of their computer based learning should be done at home. It becomes challenging to assess the students homelearning assignments when they do not have adequate resources at home. By checking out the classroom laptop with parental consent students will have what they need to complete their computer based projetcs for Show and Tell Technology Day.
