My 24 kindergarten students are happy, energetic, compassionate, and inquisitive learners! They find it intriguing that so many friends in class speak another language at home: Farsi, Russian, Spanish, and Hebrew! They are unconcerned with which friends have the latest and greatest and which don't, because they are eager to share with one another.
My students choose to find the silver lining in every dark cloud, and I need your help to ensure that they continue to do so. With these terrible economic times, many of our families are unable to provide access to the Internet at home; it's simply an expense that cannot be afforded. My school doesn't have a computer lab and I have only one computer within my classroom. I have access to WiFi, but no means to utilize it to enhance my instruction.
