  • We Need a Printer to Display Our Work!

    Funded Sep 7, 2022

Thank you so much for our printer! The students are loving it! Not only do they get a chance to print their own work but they take more pride in being able to print it. They really love the color! They use it for artwork and pictures to go with their writing. Having the printer in the classroom makes it so much easier for students. They especially love going to the printer and seeing their work print out right in front of their very eyes. The printer is fast and it has a touch screen. Again, thank you so much!”

    With gratitude,

  • Take A Load Off Your Feet and Have A Seat

    Funded Nov 10, 2021

There are not enough words to express the gratitude for your generous donations. Thanks to you my students are excited about sitting in Restorative Justice Circles. When they first saw the beautiful blue stools they were so surprised! The seats allow students to swivel and tilt and this allows students freedom during circles. My only problem now is when I have a full circle the students beg to sit on the stools while the others have to sit in chairs. I plan on submitting another project so I can get more stools! Thank you so much for your generosity.”

  • Brilliant Brainiacs!

    Funded Jan 25, 2012

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your contribution in getting our project funded. My students love their new Canon Printer and I have even taught them how to use it. It comes in very handy because sometimes we are short copies (I have 32 students) and need an additional copy. The students take pride and ownership of the printer and we have been using it to print independent projects. I can't express our gratitude for your generous donations. Being able to have a printer/copies in class is a gift that will continue to be used for years to come. Thank you!!”

  • Little Einsteins!

    Funded Dec 15, 2011

Please accept this letter of gratitude for your donation that funded our project. The Scholastic Magazines have become a part of our class routine. The children look forward to receiving the magazines and reading it cover to cover. The articles are both informative and entertaining. The students are learning about issues that are happening around the world.

The encyclopedia Britannica CD has been a tremendous asset to our class. The students actually look forward to researching different topics and completing projects. Words cannot express what your donation has meant to our class. Please know that my students wholeheartedly enjoy the magazines and CD. Thank you again for your contribution!”

We do restorative justice circles in our classroom across grade levels. Students sit in a circle and discuss their feelings. They also learn how to build relationships in order to be kind to others. Students need to be able to sit comfortably in a circle and by having these stools it will make conducting circles much easier. Students love to sit in unconventional chairs. It makes participating much easier and the kids love sitting in circles. Having these chairs with rollers will also help students that have special needs in terms of being able to move easily on a stool that rolls.
