Students need to understand the basics between series and parallel circuits and hands-on activities make it easier. Snap Circuits are fun and engaging; students really like to see their designs at work. When learning is fun and students can enjoy the class, it allows for higher engagement and learning escalates. Students will gain a deeper understanding of how circuits are completed and how simple circuits can evolve into more complex circuits. Using these snap circuits kits, the students will be able to re-create circuits of various functionalities such as shining a light bulb, spinning a motor, or both. They will be able to manipulate these circuits and create their own circuits using the components provided in the snap circuit kit.
