I teach in a 3rd Grade Spanish Dual Immersion classroom. Every day I have two classes with nearly 30 students in each class. My students are learning core subjects like math and science in Spanish. It takes much more focus to learn in a second language so I use many different strategies to help my students be successful. After whole group instruction, I use small group instruction to reinforce skills and technology and visual aids to help keep my students attention and engage them in their own learning. I know all students are capable of learning and growing in amazing ways and I encourage that growth in anyway that I can.
