Tigers and Bears need Chromebooks, OH MY!
Funded Oct 30, 2015There are not enough words to thank you for the support you gave my students. It is wonderful to know that there are generous donors that share my vision for helping children in a world that evermore demands technological proficiency.
Thanks to your generous donations, my students now have access to five more Chromebooks. Having access to these Chromebooks allows more students to become proficient at using computers, and it has allowed me to provide more differentiated instruction. However, not only have my students improved their computing skills, with the math and reading programs they are able to access, the majority of my students are well on their way to meeting their end of year goals.”
With gratitude,
Ms. G.
Reading to Learn: In Need of Nonfiction Books
Funded Oct 16, 2012This is just a token of my gratitude for your generous donations to my classroom. The nonfiction books you have donated help my students improve their reading skills and expand their knowledge of science and history every day. We have used the books to learn about the impact that figures like Rosa Parks and Sacagawea have had on American history. We have also shared our new books and knowledge with students in other grade levels.
Our district has faced budget cuts, so without your help, my students would not have had these amazing books expand their horizons.”
With gratitude,
Ms. G.
