I teach at a Title I school with a very high population of non-native English speakers and those participating in the free/reduced rate lunch program. My students come to school eager to learn and full of energy. I want to inspire students to invest in their own knowledge and to continue on a path of academic excellence by providing creative and challenging experiences with the help of those who also see the potential in the students I serve. With your support, my students will become the 21st century learners that I know they have the potential to be. I want them to develop a sense of curiosity and innovation, because our future is in their hands. They need to begin thinking now about their talents and career possibilities.
