My students are from an urban public school. They are in a high school for some of the top achievers in the district, where they have to maintain a certain GPA in order to remain. They have high expectations and work very hard. However, this is also a school with a high poverty rate. This means that I have to supply all the materials for daily activities and/or projects (including everything from kleenex and pencils to paper and project supplies). I'm asking for you to help me provide these students with the resources to engage with history in a meaningful way. My students and I would really appreciate your support!
