Education is not a top priority for many of the students and their families. Many of my students hate to read and hence find the curriculum very hard. I am hoping with some good books in our class library, we can motivate them to be more interested in reading. If we can show them the love for reading, in turn, it will improve their academic performance which in turn leads to a road of endless opportunities. The hands-on manipulative I am requesting will be useful in helping the child to think outside the box and be creative in what they are making. It will challenge them to think of what they want to achieve and how they are going to do so.
