Thank you so much for your generous contribution. With the new, thicker laminating roll we were finally able to create our PODD books. We made three total, a 9 page, a 21 page and an almost 50 page book. Our PODD's are basically very low tech I-Pads! The kids learn to touch what they want to say and we can move the book to the next corresponding page. It really does help them communicate with us. From the most basic of needs, "I am thirsty," to more specific, "I want to play a board game." It is great to see our student learn to us the PODD books and we look forward to having them for years to come.”
