• Flexible Seating for Our Room

  The look on my students faces when they walked in and saw the new carpet and bean bags was priceless. My students and I love the new carpet and bean bags that were purchased for our classroom through your generous donation. My second grade students are thrilled to have a nice beautiful carpet to read on and do their work. One of their favorite things to do is read on the carpet with their friends. The our new carpet and bean bags provide warmth and coziness to our library area in our class.

  Your donation will be enjoyed by many second grade students this year and in the years to come. I am thankful for donors like you who help students have more flexibility in where they can sit, do their work and read with their friends. I will continue to use the carpet and bean bags to provide a nurturing environment where my students can learn to their full potential. • Math Tools Make Learning Fun!

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. I can not begin to tell you how much of an impact your donation has made in my second grade classroom. The students love using all of their new math tools and can not wait for math time each day. Every morning, my students are excited to start their day at school by doing our daily calendar activities on our new Math Calendar. They can not wait to count the number of days we have been in school, the problem of the day, and the make-a-pattern section. The morning calendar activities are so much fun for my students and bring a tremendous amount of number sense awareness and enrichment to my classroom.

  When my students first received these new math materials they were so excited to open the packages and start using them in class. They immediately wanted to start their math lesson and could not wait to get started. My class had always loved math, but NOW they are even more excited and enthusiastic about trying new math problems because they enjoy using their new number lines and markers to solve problems together and independently. They also love using their new geometric shapes to create geometric patterns and geometric drawings from these shapes.

  Your donation of these math tools to my classroom has impacted my students this year and will continue to impact many more of my future students in the years to come. I will continue to use and share these materials with many more children in second grade. Thank you so much for making my students so excited about learning Math. Your donation has made Math so exciting for these young minds. I really appreciate your donation to my classroom!”

• People, Places, and Things!

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. I am so grateful to all of you for your support and dedication to helping children learn in the classroom. The donation of all these wonderful learning materials has added excitement and wonder to our learning. My students have been so excited to read the atlas books, maps, globe, continent books and posters. They have especially been enthusiastic about the posters of the, "Great American Monuments;" My students are learning so much about the world around them thanks to your donations.

  I would not have been able to order these supplies without your generous donation, since my school is facing many budget cuts for this school year and next year. Thanks to your generous donation my class is inspired to keep learning about the people, places, and things in our world.

• Crazy for Board Games

  Thank you so much for funding these wonderful board games for my first grade classroom! My students are going to be over the moon when they see these wonderful board games. Your donation will be used to teach countless social skills, communication skills and literary skills to the wonderful first grade children that I teach this year and for many more students in the future years. • Little Hands Need Quality Sharpener

  I would like to send my deepest and most sincere appreciation to you. I am excited and thrilled as a first grade teacher to receive these wonderful pencil sharpeners for our first grade team at Lemay Elementary. Your donation is going to greatly impact the writing of hundreds of young first graders at our school for many years to come. I cannot wait for you to see the impact that a quality sharpener will make on the writings of the children. The students will be extremely excited and grateful to have a new pencil sharpener that can sharpen many different sizes and types of pencils!
