Thank you for your interest in my project. I teach in a public elementary school in California. My school is designated a school-wide Title I school because such a high percentage of our students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch.
My students are very hard working and eager to learn. Many of my students are learning English as their second language and are children of immigrants. They and their families believe in education as a path to a better future, but they do not always have access to the same resources that more affluent communities have. I try to provide engaging and challenging lessons that will give my students the skills and knowledge that will lead to a college education. Your support can help me to do this.
Thank you.
