• Personal Student Dry Erase Boards

  Thank you so much for the personal dry erase boards and erasers for my students! Opening the box was so much fun and all of the students got so excited to see their own whiteboards and erasers they could use to show their math work every day. For some reason, writing on dry erase boards is just more fun! :)

  The students were able to solve problems using dry erase markers and share their work and their answers with the rest of the class. Their participation has gotten significantly better. I can't wait until more students come to school to learn in person and use the dry erase boards. Math class just got a little better because of you. Thanks again!”

• Chromebooks for the Classroom!

  Thank you for your donation to our classroom! Due to your generous donation, my class can now use these chromebooks throughout the day. They can use them before school, after school, during study hall for research and other educational purposes as well as during my math class. My students are really excited and happy that they can now use these chromebooks whenever they want at school. Since some students don't have computer or Internet at home, they use the chromebooks at school to complete their work. Before your generous donation, we only had two computers in my classroom and this was not enough for the 140 students in the eighth grade. My students really appreciated your donation. Now, the students don't have to wait a long time for their turn to use a computer!

  Currently, My students mainly use the chromebooks for research and TTM(Think Through Math). Most students were so interested in TTM because they can earn points and their lessons are personalized and geared to their individual needs and weaknesses.

  This project donation has boosted my teaching and my students learning. Now, I can teach and communicate with my students on-line especially when they need help. Another example of how we are using the chromebooks is through something called Compass Learning. Compass learning is an on-line took with games and resources that the students can use to help them enhance their skills in various subjects (reading, math, science, etc.). I can't wait to use these chromebooks more in the classroom and I can't thank you enough for your donation!!”

• Sharing and Learning With a Document Camera!!

  Thank you so much for your generous donations to our classroom. We were able to get the document camera because of your generous donations. The document camera is an AMAZING tool to have in the classroom and we use it every single day. It is great to be able to have the students share their work with the entire class simply by placing their work under the document camera.

  I have noticed that the students are able to follow along better with whatever we are doing when we use the document camera because their papers look exactly like the papers that are being put under the document camera.
