  • "We Are Doubling Our Chances"

    Funded Dec 19, 2014

I have no words to express my gratitude, thank you for your donation to my project. It is very motivating to me seeing you share our compromise to education.

The tools that you have funded will enable students to develop listening skills that are very important when you are acquiring a second language. I will be able to demonstrate setting, mood, theme, and other genres in literature. The children will love the listening center to hear stories in another language and prove they are acquiring another language!!!

I hope to share with my colleagues a new technique in learning. Thank you so much. I can't wait to introduce these tools to the children.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Orozco

  • Something to Read!

    Funded Mar 27, 2013

It is a great pleasure to inform you that your kindess is well appreciated by my students. They were fighting each other to be the first one on reading the new book collection. One of our favorites is the legend of "La Llorona". We traveled along with "Marco Polo" and cried with "La maleta de Hanna".

Thank you again for paying attention to this part of the population who is in real need of your support. As you know, reading is the foundation of a well literate country. I have no words to express my gratitude.

People like you make teachers feel that we are not alone in this wonderful odyssey: educate future generations.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Orozco
