Students and Technology in the Math Classroom

Thank you so very much for your donation. Having access to this technology has given students, who have only limited resources, the opportunity to experience technology first hand. With this writing tool students are able have a hands on experience with how empowering technology can be.Interest and excitement has been enhanced through this experience.

This writing tool has given the classroom a major step towards becoming a modern classroom, where technology is applied as part of every student's experience. Math is now exciting and their experience in a math classroom has taken on a new and future forward direction. Math can now be the class students are excited to come to, they look forward to it.

Most students had no idea that this type of technology was possible. Keeping this in mind, I am confident that this exposure will open insights for students into future application of these tools. Many of my students have now had a first hand, creative application, and experience with this writing tool. This tool is giving them a small insight into the myriad of possibilities that technology and its application will have in their careers. Most students had no concept that this was possible. Now with this experience, personal and hands on, it has opened their minds and imaginations to using technology in new and inventive applications.”
