  • Fit Kids Stepping for Health!

    Funded Mar 12, 2018

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of the class set of pedometers. Your kindness has allowed our fourth grade students to track their footsteps and record their progress on a Google Sheets chart and graph. This has not only provided them with an opportunity to monitor their physical activity, but it has also motivated them to stay active and achieve their personal goals.

The pedometers have been an invaluable resource for our students, and we are grateful for the positive impact they have had on their health and well-being. Your contribution has made a significant difference in their lives, and we cannot thank you enough for your support.

Once again, thank you for your generosity and commitment to our students' education. Your donation has helped us create a more engaging and enriching learning environment, and we are truly grateful.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Goldberg

  • An Amazing iPad to Share Our Amazing Ideas!

    Funded May 8, 2023

My students are so excited to be able to use a new iPad to share their learning in the form of a mobile digital white board. My class this year and for many years to come will benefit from your generosity and kindness. I cannot thank you enough. It is through your support that I can continue to provide dynamic lessons to my students!”

Thank you so much for your kind and generous donation. I am so incredibly grateful and my students are as well for your donations which will provide my students continuity of instruction they need during this unknown time of distance learning. I will now be able to provide uninterrupted, daily streaming video lessons to my wonderful fourth graders. Once again my students and I thank you!”

  • Just the Basics

    Funded Oct 24, 2019

I am so incredibly grateful for all of your donations! Although I requested basic supplies, they will really help allow me to enhance my teaching and provide necessary tissues and paper towel this cold and flu season, especially considering the fact that I don't have a sink in my classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Goldberg

  • Using Technology to Improve Our Reading

    Funded Aug 3, 2018

Thank you so much for your generous donations to help my students become better readers! I'm always amazed and humbled by the generosity of donors as I could never afford to complete this project on my own.

Your donations will enable my students to get much needed literacy practice so that they are successful students in the future.”

    Mr. Goldberg

  • Inspiring the Next Great Digital Artists!

    Funded Feb 8, 2018

Thank you so much for your kind and generous donations! My students have learned so much about famous artists this year and have really enjoyed creating their own works of art using many different mediums including digital imagery. These books allow students to quickly learn about artists' lives. The books show some of the artists' most famous masterpieces and engage students using a comic strip format. Without these books, students could still learn about artists, but in a much less engaging way and definitely wouldn't be as inspired. Because of your generous donations, I will be able to bring visual arts to life in my classroom for many years to come. I am eternally grateful!”

  • Bring Our Wonder Workshop Robots to Life

    Funded Mar 27, 2018

Thank you so much for your generous donation to help bring this ambitious project to life. When I received a class set of robots I was extremely excited to have my students get started with the project, but then realized that in order for the robots to work, I would need a class set of tablets as well. I posted the project hoping that I might get it funded by the end of the school year, not realistically expecting to get it funded within such a short period of time.

My students are really enjoying and benefiting from getting hands-on coding experience. In using the tablets with these robots, my students are only limited by their creativity. They've been coming up with unique tasks and ideas and have used the tablets to code the robots in unique, incredible ways I could never have imagined.

Your donation has enabled my students to get coding and problem solving experience at a young age and will hopefully inspire many of them to seek careers in the ever expanding field of technology.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Goldberg

I teach an amazing group of fourth grade students! As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district having enough materials and resources is always a challenge. I rely heavily upon donations in order to enhance the learning experiences of my students. Although we are a STEM Magnet, our school is fully Title I, as approximately 59% of students come from low socioeconomic homes. Despite the many challenges they face, students at our school are excited and motivated to learn. Parents send their children to our school hoping for better futures. Thankfully, our students come to school with eager, open minds. They just need the resources and opportunity to excel.
