Our school is in a very transient area. Most years it can be like a revolving door. The children come with a desire to learn, but all to often, there is a lack of skill. Most do not have any pre-kindergarten exposure. There are many developmental levels. These are very bright children that need to be turned on to learning, but because there are so many levels there is a need for a diversified instruction. A few come with reading skills, while others cannot recognize their name, or may not know the name of colors. The amazing thing is that we meet all state expectations!
