As one of the largest districts in Georgia, Atlanta Public Schools (APS) serves approximately 52,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 at 90 building sites in both traditional and charter school settings. About 77% of APS students qualify for free and reduced-price meals and our population is diverse and comprised of 76.2% Black, 14.3% White, 6.7% Hispanic, and 2.8% Multi-Racial students.
