Costum Water Bottles
Funded Dec 20, 2024Thank you so much for supporting my students. My students were very excited in using their new water bottles. They loved that each bottle was customized with their names. I was able to also to add our school mascot.
My students come in daily with their water bottle and look forward to using our refillable station. My students are also learning their impact on reduce the use of plastic in our classroom. Plus, students, and I, love having their water in class, which has reduced loss of instructional time.

Funded Sep 12, 2024Thank you so much for helping my students have resources that support their learning. The headphones have allowed for small groups in reading AND in Math to become successful. Students have the opportunity to use online resources and rewatch lessons as I reteach or enrich lessons to help my students master concepts.
The groups run smoothly, as we do not have devices playing loudly throughout lessons. This has really helped my students work on their level in Math or Reading lessons on their own and to continue making progress.”

Color My Resources
Funded Nov 30, 2023Thank you so much for giving my students and I ink to print resources and so much more.
My students had the opportunity to print out their informative BOOKS in color. My students enjoyed seeing and sharing their work with their peers.
When my students found out they were typing and printing their books, they were excited to type, edit, and revise.
In the next 4 weeks, my students will be publishing opinion essays and speeches and they will again, get to type and print out their work.
We are all excited for our new class project!”

Calming Area
Funded Mar 13, 2023Thank you so much for providing a safe and calming areas for all of my students. My students loved that they had a place where they could just rest, read, but also apply what they learned about self regulation.
This is an area where majority of my students would go and take a break, when needed, and then be able to rejoin our lessons/activity. This allowed my students who needed that break to come back and be ready to learn. This allowed disruptions to decrease and students to feel better.

Color My Centers
Funded Sep 20, 2022Thank you for helping my Fantastic First Graders and I fund this project! We are in love with our new printer. My students are excited to receive colored copies.
Our Math Centers are on their way! Our parents are helping us assemble the centers. We can not wait to receive and use our centers.
Our class is also using the printer to print resources for our science unit. We have printed out color copies of animals and their life cycles. We are currently printing images of the moon and their cycles.

Funded Aug 28, 2022Headphones for all was a success! My students are able to use their devices during small group rotations without disrupting other students or lessons.
Small group rotations are my students favorite part of the day. Ever since we received our headphones, my students are focused and engaged with all of our 5 rotations. I have seen the difference with my lessons, there are less disruptions. I have seen how much my students have improved in their decoding skills.

Independent Writing Station
Funded Jul 6, 2022Thank you for helping my students receive all of these wonderful writing materials. My students are using the organizer to place their writing folders in a well protected area. My students are now learning that writers take care of their writing pieces, with this resource/furniture. My students love having their own shelve.
My students also have different materials available, they love having crayons, markers, pens, and pencils to produce writing, they are excited to work and look forward to independent writing.
We were amazed seeing all of the resources we received. They loved that they had a choice in the format they are writing, the writing material they use, and the independence they are developing.

Funded Apr 7, 2022Thank you so much for helping my First Graders find their perfect learning seat this school year. My students had the opportunity to find a space in our classroom to work independently with their seating choice.
My students loved using their cushions throughout the day, especially during silent reading. Students asked for more independent time, writing time and reading time.
I cannot wait for my next class to use the cushions and stool this upcoming school year.

Funded Jan 17, 2022Thank you so much for helping me fund this Fun Friday activity! My kids can't get enough of the oil pastels and the beads. They love being able to experiment and use different materials during art time. They enjoy making braceltes for themselves or for their friends.
This Friday, we will finally get to design our own tote bags!
