"I don't get it? What am I supposed to do? Is this right?" I hear these questions all day long as an art teacher and funding this project will finally give me a way to easily answer them!

My students need to see my examples, demonstrations, and close up details to really understand the techniques and processes involved in creating visual art. I try to gather them around for demonstrations, but they still have trouble seeing and can't always retain all the information by the time they return to their seats.

A document camera connected to the art room's LCD projector magnifies and projects whatever I set before the lens in live video. Students will be able to watch me draw, cut, glue, sculpt, paint-anything-on my big screen! They'll finally be able to see my demonstrations from their own seats!

"I see! I get it! Can we start now?" is what I'll be hearing in the art room with this funded project. Thank you:)
