Yellow Springs Exempted School District is a small town with Big Talent! Beginning with their middle school career, students are introduced to the fun and outline of what the theatrical world offers. At the entrance of their high school careers, they become experienced in fight choreography and weaponry, set design, dance, voice lessons, costume creation, stage presence and the many tasks behind the curtain. Teamwork is the force that drives this community and it shows in the students' performances at Yellow Springs Schools!
My Project
The new equipment will be the start of a new technology upgrade for the drama department (and school)! Our 2018 spring musical is Disney's High School Musical and the drama department wants to be sure all our audience members from the youngest to the eldest senior will hear the talents the talents with the use of new microphones.
In previous years, audio has been difficult, limiting what the audience enjoyed.
The large casts have always been the challenge, but with the help, the sound becomes clear. The use of the new mics will provide a better sound while enhancing the theatrical experience.
