My Project

My students are hands-on learners. I love to incorporate art into reading, math, and social studies lessons. The Cricut is going to help my students create something they never thought possible. This is going to help my students look forward to learning, as well as building their self-esteem! The Cricut especially helps the students with their PBL (project based learning). The possibilities are endless. I plan on helping them create bulletin boards full of their projects. The students are also looking to give back to their community, so this tool would really help with that. They’d create tshirts, hats, pants etc.. for their school community. I’m looking forward to fun projects and to seeing their excitement after they create something of their very own. This project is going to help change these students' lives. They come from very low-income families and aren’t exposed to much. This would help me help my students create something out of merely nothing!
