My Students

I have a 4th grade math and science inclusion classroom. I have students that learn on a plethora of learning levels. One medium I can reach every child on is ART! When students are coloring, crafting, and creating, I have their whole heart and minds in the activity!

Our school is the largest upper elementary school in the state.

Not only are we the newest school in our district, but we are located in the oldest building. We are working hard to make an old high school special for our young students. My classroom has many students with special needs, as well as several gifted students. Together, we are a family fostering respect and understanding towards one another.

My Project

With glue and crayons, students will create activities geared toward individualized instruction. With these basic classroom supplies we can have fun with hands-on math projects. As we are heading into a unit in Measurement, Data, and Geometry, we will be drawing, gluing, shaping all sorts of things this year!

Many of my students could not afford basic supplies such as glue and crayons.

I have spent all the resources I have had available on my students throughout the year and I am now wiped clean. I want the very best for all my students. I want to be able to give them the world. I love them to pieces!
