My Students

Think left and think right and think low and think high. Oh, the thinks you can think up if only you try. -Dr. Seuss I am hoping for a reading easel for my students to help create a love of learning and thinking!

I am getting ready to start my 8th year of teaching with 30 wonderful kindergarten students!!!

I am excited to share my love of learning with my students. These students come to school ready to learn with many different backgrounds and abilities. I hope at the end of the year that they are as excited about learning as I am! My goal is to create students who are life long learners!

My Project

The easel will benefit my students on a daily basis as it will be used for many of our activities. We will use the easel as we read stories, share writing, practice our handwriting, learn to write numbers, learn addition and subtraction, learn about animals, create anchor charts, and many other activities.

Getting my easel will help improve my classroom as it will be used on a daily basis to aid in student learning.

The easel will be used as a tool to implement our kindergarten curriculum and the learning we need to be ready for first grade.
