When there is only 45 minutes of art per week I don't want my students to spend half that time waiting for their turn to use the iPad.
My students absolutely love creating art, digital animations, photographs, stop-motion movies, writing artist statements, and so much more using iPads.
However our access is as limited as our time. The more readily available iPads are in our art room, the easier it will be for my students to explore and create using them.
My Project
These two iPads will help us towards our goal of one iPad for every student that enters the art room. We can do so much more if we didn't have to share our time on the iPad with a partner. Sharing is a wonderful skill, but not every art lesson lends itself to collaborative assignments especially when students are anxious to try their hand at creating.
Your support for this project would give not only two students a chance to create, but 2 times the 25 sections of classes that funnel through the art room every week.
