We currently have a old e-Mac desktop that is 15 years old. The students do not have access to any interactive materials or content to enhance their history experience. Parents do not have direct access to their students grades and class activities. This is our only working piece of technology.
Our students are a diverse set of 7th graders.
They are very animated and eager to learn. We have a mixture of all types of learners including our ESL students. They attend an urban school in Los Angeles. Due to budget cuts we are not able to request any supplies such as technological items.
My Project
With this iPod we will be able to have NPR to use for current events. It is important for students to be well rounded scholars and having these types of Apps the students will be able to know what is occurring in our world within the classroom environment. We will also be able to use this technology to update parents on what the students are learning and how to further assist their student at home.
Again our eMac is old!
We are not able to use any type of technology due to lack of funds. This iPod will benefit the students and enhance their learning. It will bring History Alive!
