My Students
Every morning I welcome 27 first graders who are so exited to be at school and continue their learning.
My students are six and seven year olds who love school and are brave to face the world even if they are faced with adversity in their everyday lives.
Our school is highly diverse and we have a large population of English Language Learners. We have close to 20 different language spoken in our school.
My Project
Everyday through our lessons my students come to our class meeting area to build a classroom community and increase their skills in reading, writing, and math. This is also an opportunity for students to learn from each other, learn from the teacher, and increase their knowledge. Together we will utilize an easel for everyday learning. We will create anchor charts and use the white board to help with our learning!
Having an easel with organization will improve our ability to learn and access learning materials.
Since our classroom has so many students it is important to make sure we are organized! This easel is a MUST!
