My students need a boost in self esteem and school morale. We are trying to make school more fun for our students and make our school a place that students want to be.
This project is more of a school wide initiative, not just for my classroom. I want to make school more fun for our students. Students who are having fun while learning will learn more and retain more of the information presented to them by their teachers.
Our school is something that our community is very proud of.
We are in a rural area in central Missouri. Our students are incredible people who never cease to surprise or impress us as teachers. Our teachers want to show how much we appreciate our students and revamp our school's culture. Many times our students feel a lack of motivation or determination.
Through a change in our school's culture, we want students to know what they are capable of and for them to know that they can achieve anything they put their minds to. Just because they are from a small town in Missouri, doesn't mean that they cannot achieve whatever it is they are striving for.
My Project
This project is different than most that you will read about on this incredible website. This project will be used by our entire Middle and High School student body. After this incredible presentation by MP Presentations, our students will be more motivated and excited to be in our school. This motivation and increased level of self esteem will in turn increase our school's culture which will reflect, not only how our students view their school, but will also give our community and school's stakeholders something to be more proud of. This project has the ability to turn a new leaf over for our school and our students.
This project will improve student self esteem and motivation.
They will be more excited to come to school and have bigger dreams and learn more ways to achieve those dreams. These presenters will bring with them their own experiences that every student has been through or will go through. Things that most students feel and think they are the only ones to feel this way will begin to see that everyone goes through these stages and will learn how to see the good in everyone and every situation.
MP Presentations
(MP Presentations will conduct a 2 hour presentation to our entire Middle School and High School student body. These presenters will motivate students and build self esteem through an energetic performance that includes personal experiences that all of the students will be able to relate to. )
