Using built-in apps like Notes and Freeform, or choose from over a million more apps like procreate available on the App Store transforms a drudgery filled task that is writing to fun/exploratory enterprise. It is perfect for taking notes, sketching, marking up documents, journaling, and more.

This is the best tool possible for an efficient and immersive classroom experience and I am grateful that I have committed stewards contributing to my playfield.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. K.

  • Origami Art in STEM

    Funded Dec 29, 2023

The scholars have been super excited since the arrival of the materials and look forward to the days when packets of paper are given away either as incentive or brought out to do fun activities either extending and applying their learning or just coming together as a learning community.

Origami is an enjoyable activity for scholars of all ages that helps to develop hand-eye coordination and attention to detail, encourages peer support and fosters relationship building. In addition it can be used to support and enhance geometrical reasoning and mathematical learning and 3D modeling.

Thank you for investing in my classroom and trusting the process.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. K.

    Funded Sep 27, 2023

    Dear donors,

Thank you so much for your stewardship and contribution to my classroom.

The scholars are looking forward to getting their glass board installed in the classroom and get additional wall space made available to them so they can learn by doing and get out of their seats. Interactive work and engagement are what I am hoping to achieve with this addition to my classroom.

Your contributions make my job a joy and give scholars several ways to interact with the content, and helps enhances their experiential learning. I appreciate your generosity.”

They blend a part of a meal and analyze it for several macromolecules. They are currently in the process of internalizing the content and setting up experiments.

Your contributions make my job a joy and give scholars several ways to interact with the content, and helps enhances their experiential learning. I appreciate your generosity.”

  • Classroom Supplies

    Funded Oct 31, 2023

Thank you for pouring into my classroom. Your donations allow me to equip my scholars with supplies and skills needed for the real world success.

The scholars are excited to organize their materials as they get ready for projects and portfolios. The folders, flash cards and other classroom supplies will make learning, reviewing and retaining content a breeze.

Scholars already used the two sided tape to create the door decorations and are looking forward to having their rolling cart accessible for carting materials for the hallway projects.

    Grateful for your continued stewardship.”

  • Learning Art Through STEM

    Funded Oct 30, 2023

We are planning to use these supplies to create collage art illustrating biology concepts. This end of the year activity will tap into the scholars' ability to apply their knowledge of biology and extend it to real life.

The scholars are very excited to get into this prject and are working hard to get all the content covered so they can create art.

Right now, a lot of brainstorming and curating ideas is happening as they are digging deeper into this vocabulary heavy, phenomenon based content.

Thank you so much for pouring into my classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. K.

  • Blocks and Gardens

    Funded Oct 4, 2023

The aerogarden is up and running. The scholars took the initiative of setting the garden up, made a little roster of duties and assigned roles to each other.

As we start the topic of cell division and reproduction, watching these seeds grow will be phenomenal. Would you believe if I told you that 90% of my scholars did not know what the word germination meant till they plugged this unit in!

Legos on the other hand have become a station that they are constantly working to get a go at. Engagement has shifted from good to great in just two weeks.

I appreciate your stewardship and support.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. K.
