A Seat for Small Group
Funded Mar 9, 2016I don't even know where to start! Your generosity has brought things to our classroom that we wouldn't be able to obtain otherwise. You have created a learning area that is conducive for an interactive, energetic, kindergarten classroom!
You may not have known what hokki stools were prior to funding our project, but I hope the pictures serves as explanation. My students are able to move and wiggle while they work! They are able to keep their blood flowing to their brain and keep their energy going as they work.
Thanks again!”

An Easel And Storage To Pull It All Together
Funded Mar 9, 2016I don't even know where to start! Your generosity has brought things to our classroom that we wouldn't be able to obtain otherwise. You have created a learning area that is conducive for an interactive, energetic, kindergarten classroom!
My students love the easel and I love the ease of having a learning area right at the carpet where we prefer to meet. The students love having their own teachable area. This easel makes it easy to stay organized and keep items right at our fingertips, which adds valuable learning time to our day!
Thanks again!”

Tiggly for my Brainiacs
Funded Mar 22, 2016Tiggly has had a huge impact in our classroom! The students love the hands on technology in our classroom. They are begging to do math and reading during recess! We have been using it in small group and during down times in our room.
Tiggly appeals to our tactile students, but what 6 year old doesn't like a hands on approach to their learning? Tiggly system brings manipulatives that work with their iPads and adorable learning apps.
Thank you so much for making this possible in our classroom!!”

Flexible Seating for a Comfortable Environment!
Funded Mar 21, 2016Oh. My. Word. I don't have words at the moment. Anyone who knows me is well aware of the fact that I am NEVER speechless. Thanking you from the bottom of my heart isn't even enough! You are bringing more than furniture to my classroom. You are bringing the news of hope, kindness, and generosity to my kindergarteners. I absolutely can not wait to see their faces light up in the morning when I share the news with them! I wish you all could join in that moment.
Thanks again!”

Funded Dec 21, 2012My students are still using these years later! My students were just impacted by all of the books once again for Dr. Seuss' birthday last week. The impact of these projects are so far beyond what they were originally written for. Many students have listened to these books many times over and in return they have developed a love for reading and a better understanding of the goofy world of Dr. Seuss. All of this is thanks to your generosity!
Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts. I will never be able to thank you enough!”

Number Talks to Help Facilitate Math Fluency 2!
Funded Nov 12, 2015I can't tell you how much impact you have made in the lives of my students. Not only have you given them a hands on approach to their early math skills, but you have taught them how amazing people in their world are. They were so excited to find out that people that do not know them cared about them enough to donate items for their learning.
The students are excited daily to get to work immediately at their new math stations and to share what they learned with other classes and their families. Thank you so much for this opportunity of learning!”

Ball Chairs to Answer Our Prayers!
Funded Dec 2, 2013I can not begin to thank you enough for your generous donation!!! My students have been fighting over our ball chairs since the beginning of the year, now they will have enough chairs for everyone!
Our students are able to concentrate more due to the fact that these chairs allow movement while they work! The students love them and I love anything that helps them achieve to their highest potential!
Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!”

How Can We Start the Year Without a Place to Sit?
Funded Sep 17, 2012The rugs are gorgeous!!! How can one ever thank you enough!? A rug is a central part of a classroom and something that we use each and everyday! This rug has not only given my students a place to sit comfortably, but it's also given them a space to learn. My students would much rather sprawl out on the floor to learn than sit at their desks anyhow! The rug also brightens our classroom, creating a exciting place to learn.
Thank you for all that you do for us!! My students and I would like to thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts!”

Funded Oct 15, 2012Just as the title of this project states, these ball chairs have answered our prayers. My students are now supplied with a full class set of ball chairs and no one has to feel left out. Our room is much more comfy, quiet, and driven to do bigger and better things now. My students remind each other daily of the amazing gifts that you all have given us and they are more than grateful for your donation!
It's a great thing to put a smile on a child's face and you have done just that! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

Take Us Out Of Our Classroom With Skype!
Funded Apr 23, 2012I can not believe all of the opportunities that my students were missing out of when we did not have this amazing tool in our classroom! My students have skyped field trips to the fire station, other classes, and simply their teacher (while she was home sick). My students are eager to learn on the iPad and have shown an increase in their reading and math scores since receiving this amazing gift! I could have never done this without you!!!
We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!”
