  • Writing Basics

    Funded Feb 13, 2025

Thank you so much for donating to this project! We've hit that point of the year where everything is running low and it begins to be a battle over supplies. These materials will help our second semester run much smoother. I can't wait to tell the students. Thank you again!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Megan

  • Montessori Art Portfolios

    Funded Dec 14, 2023

Thank you so much for supporting this project and our classroom. Students absolutely love completing art projects in our classroom, and it makes a huge difference having quality supplies and a way to store their work. Students create more, and elevate their skills when they feel inspired and motivated, and this project helped with with just that! An exciting follow up is that the 6th graders get to display and speak about their pieces at the Milwaukee Art Museum as part of the Junior Docent Program.

    Thank you so much!”

  • Elementary to Adolescence Celebration!

    Funded May 4, 2022

Thank you so much for donating to this project celebrating our graduating sixth graders. These students have been in our classroom for six years: half of their lives! We really appreciated being able to give them something tangible to hold on to memories from our classroom. On the last day of school, we celebrated our 6th graders giving them a piece of art that was designed by 4th and 5th graders from our classroom, and a Word Cloud with words describing them from the younger students. The students loved the journals, and I enjoy seeing them next door in our Adolescent Program with their journals.”

  • Creativity is Contagious!

    Funded Dec 3, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to this project! Creativity is so important, and these art supplies will allow our students both to beautify their lessons, and also continue their art lessons. We are working on principles of art, and the students are enjoying learning about color and line. We can't wait to continue!”

  • Cute Classroom Command Center!

    Funded Oct 11, 2024

Thank you so much for supporting our classroom. Independence is key in a Montessori classroom, and these supplies will allow our students to have the freedom to come and go out of the classroom in a responsible way. This will also give us a new central location for students to find all the information they need to manage their time. Thank you so much!”

  • "Head"phoning Into the New School Year

    Funded Oct 12, 2023

Thank you so much for donating to our headphones project. In our Montessori classroom, we have some Chromebooks that we use for independent student learning. Students will type essays, research, create slideshows, watch videos, and record their own raps about different educational topics. Having new headphones will allow students to be more independent and help to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Thank you for supporting our classroom - it means so much to our students and us!”

  • Where Have All the Markers Gone?

    Funded Apr 6, 2023

Thank you so much for donating to this project. The students are so excited to receive these materials in our classroom. We have about seven weeks of school left, and were not going to make it with our current marker collection. We have some big projects coming up, and having these classroom sets of markers will allow students to make them look their best. I can't wait to see what the students will be able to create! Support from people and businesses like you allow our students to thrive. Thank you for your generosity!”

  • Leveling Up Our Spelling!

    Funded Oct 17, 2022

Thank you so much for donating to our spelling project! Spelling is always challenging for students and we need all the help we can get. My students have loved the games that were included, and play them regularly. The paper easels have made setting up spelling lessons easier and given us a way to keep all of our spelling words together. The students often take out these works and use them as a reference as they complete writing works. I know that these materials will be used for years to come. Thank you for your love and support of our classroom!”

    Funded Dec 8, 2022

Thank you so much for donating to our project. I am so excited to share the news with my students! We have been doing tons of art in our classroom and definitely need a refresh on supplies after finishing up our Wax Museum projects. These materials will keep us stocked for months to come. Thank you for your generosity!”

  • An Amazing Art Explosion!

    Funded Apr 28, 2022

Thank you so much for contributing to our project. We just started receiving materials and they couldn't have come at a better time. We have 18 students creating scale models of islands they have created, so we are about to be deep in cardboard, paper mache, paint and clay. Students have already sculpted a clay house and painted it to look like it is made out of bamboo, painted their flags, and designed a rainbow currency called "Pride."

Thank you so much for donating to our project and helping make these awesome models come alive!”
