Thank you so much for funding the "Fizz'n Wizz'n Chemistry kits. I am so excited. My second graders for next year are going to have an incredibly educational and fun experience learning the states of matter and how they change by hands on, up close and personal observations. They will also be learning how to measure, follow direction, and make scientific observations. It will be such an exciting time they won't even realize they have been learning and gaining new insights the entire time. Again, thank you so much.
What a wonderful way to start the new school year with the funding of our Blockus games! We have been sharing the one game that I have now. Let the Blockus tournaments begin. The students love this type of challenging interaction while problem solving.
Our Geometry class is so excited to have the opportunity to do this Kite Building Project. I know the best way to spark a student's interest is with hands on experiences and this project is exactly that. When I told the students we were funded for this project there was a big cheer from the class. There will be many educational topics covered while learning to build the kites. I am looking forward to engaging their minds and creativity, and they are going to have lots of fun”
When I checked my e-mail, I saw the notice from Donors Choice. I was so excited! Thank you so much for choosing to fund these materials. My students will love watching their plants grow and learn so much more because of your generosity. Because of summer vacation, I will have to wait until September for my greenhouse and plant stand arrive. It will be a great welcome back gift this fall.
Thanks again. Your contribution will make a big difference in the lives of my students.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! We just started to talk about the life cycle of butterflies. A fellow teacher was so gracious and offered to share her butterflies and materials with me. But thanks to you, my class will have butterflies of their own to hatch. When I found out that I got this funding my colleagues thought something was wrong because I was shouting with joy. I can't wait to tell my children about what we are looking for in the mail. We are so excited. I just can't say thank you enough for allowing us to enjoy and experience this wonderful science opportunity of learning!!
Thanks again,
Ronna G, Kindergarten Teache”
With gratitude,
