Thank you so very much for your generous gift to our classroom! We have tried to incorporate a number of literacy strategies into the curriculum this year and the purchase of the Current Science periodicals will greatly assist us in providing interesting reading material for our students. This publication offers interesting science articles at a reading level consistent with the grade level of most of our students. What a wonderful way to start of the new year and the second term of our school year!. Again, THANK YOU for choosing our classroom and Donors Choose!
Sincerely.

This classroom project was brought to life by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and one other donor.
It is with the most sincerity that I thank you for your donation to my Donors Choose project, 50 Great States mid-America. Your purchase of this set of books has had an amazing impact on my classroom.
The arrival of the books coincided with the study of this region. Each of my students grabbed the book for "their" state with gusto and dug right in. It was wonderful to witness and experience the excitement! The projects and presentations that they did on the middle states of the United States were met with enthusiasm and the final projects were wonderful. I attribute this to your generous donation!
Your support of children in my community is SO VERY appreciated! They continue to be amazed that strangers care that they have the supplies that they require. They, and I, send our heartfelt thanks for your kindness!”
Hooray! I was so excited when I checked my e-mail today and discovered that my project had been funded. The students will enjoy and benefit from these resources immediately. I am sure of it! Thank you so very much for offering financial support so that my less fortunate students can have the opportunity to learn math in exciting ways. I can't wait to receive the materials. Once they arrive, you can be sure that I will put them to good use the very next day.
I am so excited to hear that you have funded my project. My kindergarten students are going to be jumping up and down when I tell them tomorrow! It is because of your generosity that my students will have the scientific tools to explore their world and get a better understanding and a different view of what their world looks like up close and personal. Wow! I am still in shock. Thank you so much for helping my classroom. This generous gift will not only help this year's class but will also help many more kindergartners in the future”
Thank you, thank you, thank you. We are VERY excited and eager to begin our project! The students have been asking when we were going to begin. I am glad that I can finally tell them we can start. The biggest gift is giving back. Because you have given to us we can give to our community. This is a wonderful "Happy Holidays" for our school. Thank you for your support.
You are the greatest! We have just exhausted all my rocks and minerals resources, so this comes at the perfect time. I can't thank you enough to help support my class to learn with these great materials. My students are going to expand their learning horizon and all because of you.
Thank you for investing in our future leaders. My students will enjoy using the Simple Science Exploration Tubs during our school year. Providing these funds will allow the students to understand hands-on learning about science today. The students will have the opportunity to experiment every week as I teach them about all aspects of science. You have given me the resources to teach students about a subject that they currently are not exposed to on a daily basis.
Again, thank you for funding this proposal. Also, thanks for helping parents, families, and most of all the students”
Thank you so so much! I can't tell you how surprised I was to see that this project had been funded!
As a teacher I often feel insulated and self-dependent. People care about education, but don't always know what they can do to help; thus, nothing gets done. When I tell people that I am a teacher, I always hear something to the effect of, "That's wonderful!" followed by, "I could never do that!" As a teacher, I find this frustrating because I teach my children that they aren't allowed to use the word "can't" or "never."
Through this process I have really learned that it isn't that people can't help, they just don't know how. When you only depend on yourself, it is easy to forget how caring and concerned and generous the community and world around you really is.
Thank you once again. My students are a wonderful group of children who deserve the best. With help from individuals like you, they are getting a better shot at getting it.
I am so grateful and appreciative of your generosity in providing our children with the experience of listening to music from around the globe. I am looking forward to listening to the songs with my own students, hearing the CDs in other classrooms, and discussing the music with students. It will help students begin to understand similarities between themselves and other children from around the world. Thank-you so very much!
Thank you so much for the materials for my classroom! I am very excited to let my students know that you have given items that will help them learn about science topics. I know they will enjoy exploring the world around them through these activities and reading passages. Your generosity is setting a wonderful example. Please know that we are very grateful”
With gratitude,
