Oh my gosh! Christmas has come early for my students and me this year. It is hard to write, because tears of happiness are streaming down my face right now!

This is such a tremendous resource for my students and it is going to make a wonderful difference. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am blessed to have someone so generous fund this project for my children and me.

Bless you and Merry Christmas to you, too!

I thank you and my students thank you for funding our project, "Calculate the Joy of Helping At-Risk Students Part 1." Now my students will be well equipped to visualize and better understand concepts being taught through hands-on applications with the use of these TI-83 Plus calculators.

I would just like for you to know that I am so excited, and most grateful for people like you who really care, and care enough to help out.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you”

  • Where Did the Playground Go?

    Funded Oct 30, 2007

Thank you so much for helping to fund this proposal. Many students will enjoy these great outdoor items while construction is going on to expand our school. The items will be shared with other classes, as well as being used by my own first grade class. The students will still enjoy physical activity while not being able to use the playground equipment due to construction. Even after construction is complete and the playground is usable again, these materials can continue to be used to supplement activities at recess. Thank you again for your generosity!

Our students at Benjamin Banneker want to thank all of you for the support in getting Psychology Textbooks. Without your support, the necessities required to teach Psychology would never have been met. Although the class will not begin until next semester, many students have already asked about reading they can complete before the class starts. This shows the true initiative of the students at Banneker and the impact your contribution will make.

Thank you, again, for your support!

    Sincerely,

Jennifer D and the Students of Benjamin Banneker Academic High Schoo”

    Thanks!
