Set Learning 'ablaze' with a Kindle Fire

My students need a tablet that will keep them engaged during literacy time and foster their love of reading.

My Students

Set our learning on fire with a Kindle Fire. We love using technology to expand our brains!

My students are wonderful, hardworking boys and girls.

They love to read and learn new things. Many are below grade level and are often inhibited by their inability to read high interest texts. They have a great desire to improve and need that little extra push.

My Project

My students will use the Kindle Fire during our literacy block. We will use educational apps to play word games, expand vocabulary, and even listen to stories. It can also be used in sync with the computer and projector system in my classroom to demonstrate items whole group.

The world is a competitive place and I desire to have my students at the top of the field.

As education grows and changes it is essential for us to stay abreast of the newest methods and the Kindle Fire will keep us learning and growing.
