This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This is going to be a great year! I’ve been working all summer to prepare a classroom that is functional and comfortable. This year I have turned my 1960’s classroom into a tropical paradise! I could use your help to add some fun log seats and a nice tropical rug to our class library. The children that will soon occupy this tropical retreat will appreciate each detail. For some of these students this is their sanctuary from hard lives at home. Both my future students and I thank you for your support!
