My classroom is a diverse group of extremely intelligent and easily inspired high-need urban Science geeks.
My students deal with what they have in life and in their classroom the best they can. They have lots of wants that would make their school and their lives better, but they have no needs.
By having one light emitting microscope with good working optics and a USB camera to show the class what is being looked at through the lens, 33 students can see the same image at the same time -- this is one of the most effective ways to introduce a class to the world of microscopy.
With your help our class can narrow their view of the world and at the same time open up new discoveries.
