Give this project a boost!
A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
What do you get when you cross a new multifunction printer, already existing cameras, and eight first and second authors eager to share their experiences? A state-of-the art home-school communication system that puts the focus on the student rather than the teacher.
With your donation of a new multifunction printer, our class of eight first and second graders with special needs will be able to take responsibility for selecting and scanning items such as writing samples and artwork for an e-portfolio to share with their parents. They will be able to print ideas they share in blogs and share them with their folks at home so the lack of a home computer will not serve as a barrier to home-school communication.
Your donation will empower our youngsters to become first-rate communicators!
