Help Ms. H.

I teach Library Science for grades K - 5 for a low-income charter school. The students are curious and want to learn but the Library doesn't have all the resources needed.

We have opened our School Library and many of our Nonfiction shelves are bare. The students are excited to have a library and be able to check out books. However, many times I have to tell them that we don't have a book or a certain subject.

We need to fill our shelves and provide the students with the resources to improve their reading and stimulate their minds. We need non-fiction books including the DK Graphic Readers, Let's Read-and-Find-Out Science series and the Nonfiction Stories of Famous Americans. These books will make a great difference in my students' reading interest and practice.

Your help in donating to this project would make it possible for these students to learn about what interests them and discover new things. They are the future. We need to help them grow and learn and achieve.
