My first grade students live in a rural part of the country and are not racially diverse. Many come from poverty stricken home lives and less than 50% of the students in our school are reading on grade level. They all come to school with a positive attitude and need for learning despite their abilities and home lives, which makes them deserving of an enriched education. Thank you for your donation!
